Job summary

Paychex in Renton, WA is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive new business and expand our PEO solutions across broker channels. You will identify client needs, present Paychex\' payroll, HR and advisory services, and manage relationships from initial contact through onboarding.

This role emphasizes a mix of in-person and virtual engagements, travel as needed, and a compensation model that combines base pay with commissions.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management within quota attainment guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in person or virtually.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using电话, direct mail, seminars, client visits, or local marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs, determine appropriate products, and coordinate with sales partners.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Project a positive image to create sales opportunities.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Develop technical, competitive and sales skills to represent PEO Sales.
• May travel outside territory for conferences or training.
