Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a sales professional focused on growing client base and partnerships. You will identify needs, present Paychex solutions, and secure referrals through broker channels.

You will also onboard PEO clients and coordinate with sales partners to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining timely administrative follow-up and reporting. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, driving revenue growth, and traveling as needed to meet with clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base using phone, mail, seminars and events.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially broker channels, to secure referrals.
• Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders based on client preferences (in person or virtual).
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transitions to PEO services.
• Analyze client needs and route to correct sales partner to maximize satisfaction.
• Submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by due dates.
