Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by offering payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services in a single connected HCM platform. We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the PEO client base and drive profits within the PEO Sales organization, leveraging in-person or virtual meetings with key stakeholders.

The role requires building relationships with brokers and end users, onboarding new PEO clients, and traveling per regional needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management roles.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and expand the client base to increase PEO profits.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to decision makers (in person or virtual).
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers to secure referrals and end users.
• Prospect new clients and referral sources via phone, mail, seminars, and marketing programs.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.
