Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven PEO Sales professional to grow the client base and profitability within the PEO Sales organization. You will engage with brokers, present Paychex solutions, and secure referrals while meeting quarterly quotas.

Role requires 5+ years in relevant sales or sales management, strong client-facing skills, and willingness to travel to conferences and client sites. Compensation includes base plus commissions and extensive rewards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new clients; present Paychex PEO solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule, meet, and build relationships with brokers and referral sources to secure referrals.
• Onboard PEO clients; ensure smooth transition and onboarding experience.
• Travel as needed for conferences, training, and regional/national meetings.
