Job summary

The Senior Manager, Payroll Shared Services, will lead payroll operations across a complex, multi-state environment, delivering accurate, timely payroll with strong internal controls. You will partner with HR, Finance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to resolve payroll matters and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include managing UKG configurations, ensuring compliance, and guiding the payroll team through year-end tasks while maintaining data privacy and robust control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations.
• Leadership of payroll professionals in a complex environment.
• Experience with multi-state and union/non-union payrolls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payroll shared services operations across multiple entities.
• Coach and develop payroll team members and ensure service standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Oversee UKG configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
