Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple locations. You will ensure accurate, timely processing while serving as the subject-matter expert for UKG Pro, tax compliance, and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical and regulatory expertise, a proactive approach to process improvement, and collaboration with HR and leadership to support employees and business leaders in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro and payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and data integrity.
• Maintain payroll records and compliance documentation for audits.
• Manage year-end activities including W-2 processing and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure data accuracy across payroll and benefits.
• Support audits with payroll documentation and analysis.
