The role involves payroll processing, reporting metrics, tax reconciliation, system testing, and collaboration with HR and finance to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance across states. Strong Excel and HRIS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years of payroll experience and knowledge of payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Experience auditing payroll data and maintaining accurate records.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and in compliance.
• Prepare recurring payroll reports for HR, Finance, Accounting and Operations.
• Support payroll tax reconciliation and year-end reporting.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain payroll documentation and SOPs for audits.
• Support system configurations, testing, and payroll integrations.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on payroll questions.
