Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll for multi-state operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will act as SME within the payroll team, handling inquiries, escalations, and data integrity in collaboration with HR, finance, and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, 5+ years of payroll experience, CPP/FPC preferred, and proficiency with ADP or UKG. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and review end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple states.
• Manage wage garnishments and compliance with orders.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and policies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting for divisions.
