Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payments Sales Consultant to orchestrate payments and deposits solutions for Institutional Client Group relationships.

The role combines consultative selling with coordination across product, implementation, and finance teams to deliver integrated liquidity, receivables and merchant services. Hybrid work is available with in-office presence expected several days per week; you will engage Relationship Managers, manage pricing coordination, and drive year-over-year revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity, receivables, payments, cards, and trade.
• Engage product specialists and implementation teams to translate needs into integrated solutions.
• Serve as single point of contact for payments strategy and client messaging.
• Use Salesforce and dashboards to track engagement, pipeline and solution design stages.
• Coordinate with ICG RMs to ensure seamless handoffs and visibility throughout the sales cycle.
• Own coordination of pricing across payment products (CPS, MPS, FX, Prepaid) to ensure competitive, bundled offerings.
