Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth, expand relationships and minimize attrition through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, merchant services and trade
• Translate needs into integrated client-centric solutions by engaging product specialists and implementation teams
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity in client messaging
• Structure and lead client discussions that align with business priorities and payment trends
• Use tools like Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce to track engagement, pipeline, and solution design stages
• Coordinate with ICG RMs to ensure seamless handoffs and shared visibility throughout the sales cycle
• Act as a strategic advisor to ICG RMs by identifying and prioritizing payment opportunities within their portfolios
• Provide insights on client segmentation, product fit, and revenue potential
• Help ICG RMs focus on high-impact opportunities while maintaining visibility into all payment-related activities
• Own the coordination of pricing across payment products (e.g., CPS, MPS, FX, Prepaid)
• Ensure pricing is competitive, bundled appropriately, and aligned with client value
• Partner with product and finance teams to manage margin and profitability
