Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Integrated Solutions Consultant to help businesses simplify how they accept and manage payments. In this consultative sales role, you'll build relationships, identify opportunities to expand client partnerships, and deliver solutions that drive success.

You'll own a portfolio of clients, prospect new business, conduct needs assessments, deliver virtual demos, and close opportunities while maintaining Salesforce records and providing leadership with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing customer conversations and identifying business needs.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Bonus for B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and identify opportunities to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and marketing leads.
• Drive opportunities through the sales pipeline with needs assessments and client solutions.
• Deliver virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
• Respond to inquiries and upsell additional solutions where appropriate.
• Close new business opportunities and support account activation.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Keep Salesforce and pipeline records up to date for leadership reporting.
• Provide timely sales reporting and updates to leadership.
• Continuously expand knowledge of payments industry and Global Payments offerings.
