Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Payments Sales Associate to support Payments Sales Managers and Payment Client Managers with proactive client engagement and relationship management for major corporate clients in North America.

You will collaborate with product teams to develop solutions, participate in pricing discussions, and help manage onboarding and implementation with internal partners to ensure smooth client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cash management, transaction banking or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and ability to drive solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist PSMs with cross-functional deal management and bids.
• Develop understanding of client needs including payments models and flow of funds.
• Prepare client research and pitch materials; develop account plans and briefings.
• Build strong relationships within client organizations and coordinate with Payments partners.
• Coordinate KYC and onboarding documentation and integration with implementation partners.
