Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships (Platinum) in Addison, IL. You will build and maintain relationships with national footprint service customers, proactively managing a high volume of outbound calls to drive revenue and provide top-tier support.

You will educate customers on Parts Town resources, negotiate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Travel may be required several days per month.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development or account management experience required.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and executives; strong English communication (verbal & written).
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn enterprise systems; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to service company customers.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and value proposition to targeted customers.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a national pipeline while fostering relationships.
• Identify and develop new opportunities; research accounts and follow up on orders.
• Log activities in CRM (Salesforce) for timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience team to grow customer relationships.
• Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities.
• Travel up to a few days per month for industry events and opportunities.
