You will build trusted relationships with customer executives, align cross-functional teams, and execute plans that maximize value for customers and Parts Town.

You will manage complex initiatives, drive customer satisfaction, and communicate progress with senior leadership while prioritizing accountability and results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales or customer partnerships experience in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Proven track record leading large national strategic partnerships and delivering profitable results.
• Ability to earn trust with senior executives and front-line stakeholders through clear communication and follow-through.
• Strategic thinker who translates customer insight into focused business plans and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of national strategic partnerships with accountability for relationships, customer experience, growth and results.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with customer executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to maximize sustainable growth and value.
• Meet annual sales, margin, and overall contribution objectives while caring for customers.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing ones to align with growth strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver simple customer solutions.
