Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships (Partnership Builder) to build and maintain relationships with Platinum service company customers nationwide. You will proactively drive outbound calls, learn customer challenges, and apply Parts Town value to close sales and deliver exceptional service.

You will lead sales processes, identify opportunities, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with the Customer Experience team to grow relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Comfortable presenting to groups including senior leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to service company customers.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and value propositions to targeted customers.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a nationwide pipeline.
• Manage and update CRM (Salesforce) with activities and opportunities.
