Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, consultative sales or customer partnership environment.
• Proven track record of leading and growing large, complex national strategic partnerships and delivering meaningful, profitable results.
• Ability to earn trust with senior executives and frontline stakeholders through listening, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.
• Strategic thinker who translates customer insight into focused business plans and decisive actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of critical national strategic partnerships with accountability for relationship health and customer experience.
• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to uncover needs, expand value, and drive profitable growth.
• Deliver annual sales, margin, and overall contribution objectives while prioritizing customer care.
