Parts Town is seeking a Customer Partnerships Director to oversee a key group of Chains Segment customers and drive profitable growth through strategic account execution. You will develop business plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead initiatives to expand sales with top customers.

The role requires 5–7 years in a fast-paced sales environment, proven national account leadership, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of fast-paced, high-growth sales experience.
• Proven national account leadership and territory growth.
• Strong people and presentation skills; excellent communicator.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive strategic account performance through business plans to maximize profitable growth.
• Deliver annual sales and overall contribution objectives.
• Acquire new accounts to meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Build knowledge of industry trends and competition.
• Develop a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives.
