Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager for its SMB Merchant Network in the Boston area. You will manage a portfolio of strategic restaurant partners, build relationships, and drive new diner acquisition while reducing churn. Expect travel to meet top partners and participate in industry events.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions and provide data-driven guidance to partners navigating the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience; 4–6 years in account management or enterprise AM.
• Experience working with restaurant owners is a plus; restaurant experience is a bonus.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software; Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Serve as primary contact for portfolio, providing a reliable point of contact at all times.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and manage partner agreements.
