Qualifications

• Five+ years of nonprofit fundraising/strategic partnerships experience.
• Donor development expertise with ability to guide prospects toward commitments.
• Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for proposals and reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and projects.
• CRM and data proficiency using Salesforce to track engagement and reports.
• Strong relationship-building and professional communication with donors and partners.
• Project management and organizational skills for complex assignments.
• Strategic thinking with initiative to improve donor experiences and fundraising growth.
• Mission alignment with financial inclusion and social impact.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement across a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance the donor experience through improved websites, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally in donor meetings and thought leadership activities.
• Plan donor engagement events, virtual and in-person, to deepen relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with finance and partnerships teams for accurate gift documentation.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials by gathering data and borrower stories.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor activity, and report progress toward fundraising goals.
• Lead donor communications and marketing efforts with consistent messaging.
• Evaluate outreach results and optimize campaigns and calls to action.
