Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising or related field with donor cultivation.
• Ability to develop donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward commitments.
• Excellent writing and editing to translate programs into donor materials.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• CRM data proficiency using Salesforce for donor records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic giving partnerships and identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to improve website journeys, digital communications, and giving options.
• Organize virtual and in-person donor events to deepen relationships and prospects.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and donor tracking with finance partners.
• Support fundraising materials with impact data, stories, and program information.
• Maintain CRM records and measure progress toward fundraising goals.
• Evaluate outreach results and refine donor engagement strategies.
