Qualifications

• At least five years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Ability to cultivate and steward individual donors and prospects.
• Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for proposals and reports.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships across mid-level and major gifts.
• Develop partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance donor experience through digital journeys and giving options.
• Represent the organization in donor meetings and conferences.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person donor events.
• Coordinate with finance to track gifts and maintain documentation.
• Translate impact data into compelling donor communications and materials.
• Maintain CRM records and track engagement and pipelines.
• Lead donor communications with marketing and communications teams.
• Evaluate outreach results and optimize strategies.
