This remote opportunity involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, delivering donor events, and optimizing outreach while maintaining accurate donor records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• At least five years in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations with direct responsibility for individual donors and prospects.
• Ability to create donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward financial commitments.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to translate programs and impact data into proposals and reports.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• CRM proficiency, especially Salesforce, for donor records and performance reporting.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Genuine commitment to financial inclusion and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic giving partnerships and identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website journeys and giving programs.
• Organize virtual and in-person donor events to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Coordinate with finance and partnerships teams for gift documentation and stewardship.
• Create impact-driven fundraising materials from data, borrower stories, and program information.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor activity, and track fundraising progress.
• Analyze outreach results and optimize campaigns and calls to action.
