Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement: Oversee a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors and prospects with personalized strategies.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised funds and philanthropic advisors to identify funding opportunities.
• Enhance donor experience via cross-functional collaboration on website journeys, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally in donor meetings, advisor conversations, and conferences.
• Plan donor engagement events, virtual and in-person, to deepen relationships and generate qualified prospects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure accurate gift documentation and tracking of commitments.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials with impact data and donor storytelling.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor activity, track pipelines, and measure fundraising progress.
• Lead donor communications and marketing to align messaging with donor priorities.
• Evaluate outreach results and use insights to improve campaigns and calls to action.
