Jobgether is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and financial inclusion. You’ll cultivate relationships with donors and advisors, craft persuasive proposals, and collaborate across fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology to optimize donor engagement.

This fully remote role is based in the United States and focuses on building sustainable philanthropic networks that drive social impact worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least five years in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
• Ability to create donor engagement strategies and steward prospects.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Exceptional writing and editing for proposals, reports, and communications.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and priorities.
• CRM and data proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong relationship-building and professional communication.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Strategic thinking and initiative for growth.
• Commitment to financial inclusion and underserved communities.
• Work authorization to work in the United States; resident in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor relationships and engagement strategies for mid-level and major gifts.
• Build strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised funds and advisors.
• Improve donor experiences across digital journeys and events.
• Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and thought leadership.
• Organize virtual and in-person donor events to generate qualified prospects.
• Coordinate with finance and partnerships teams for gift documentation and tracking.
• Develop impact data, borrower stories, and program info into donor resources.
• Maintain CRM records, track engagement, and measure progress.
• Lead donor communications and marketing initiatives for consistency.
• Analyze campaigns and optimize outreach and calls to action.
