You will nurture donor relationships, craft strategic giving partnerships, and collaborate across fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology to enhance donor experiences.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, persuasive proposals, and impactful program communications to inspire ongoing support.

Qualifications

• At least five years in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations, including stewardship of individual donors and prospects.
• Ability to create donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, philanthropic advisors, and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing for proposals, reports, presentations, and donor communications.
• Experience coordinating with diverse teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor relationships and engagement across a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors and prospects.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance donor experience by improving website journeys, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally in donor meetings, advisor conversations, and conferences.
• Plan donor engagement events, virtual and in-person, to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure accurate gift documentation and tracking of commitments.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials with data, borrower stories, and program info.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor activity, and report progress toward fundraising goals.
• Lead donor communications and marketing to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Evaluate outreach results and use insights to improve strategies and calls to action.
