Qualifications

• Five years of nonprofit fundraising or related field experience with individual donors.
• Ability to create donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward commitments.
• Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for proposals and reports.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor relationships and engagement with a donor portfolio.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with sponsors and advisors.
• Enhance donor experiences via website journeys and digital communications.
• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events.
