Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and engaging philanthropic advisors. You will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and develop pathways to major gifts, translating impact into engagement opportunities.

You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to strengthen donor relationships, improve the giving experience, and support proposals and reporting. Remote in the United States with visa restrictions.

Qualifications

• Five years of nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for donor communications.
• Experience coordinating across functions to support fundraising goals.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major gifts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor engagement and stewardship plans for mid-level and major donors.
• Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve donor communications.
• Plan and execute donor events and craft compelling proposals and reports.
