Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors, engaging advisors, and developing compelling communications. Qualifications

• 5 years in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Ability to translate programs and impact data into donor materials.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and steward individual donors and prospects on mid-level and major tiers.
• Develop compelling donor communications, proposals, reports, and newsletters.
• Maintain donor records, pipelines, and progress toward fundraising goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align donor messaging.
