Job summary

Kiva.org is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and advising partners. The role collaborates with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to strengthen donor relationships and improve proposals and reporting.

You will manage a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, plan in-person and virtual events, and help optimize website journeys and communications to attract new supporters.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor communications and proposals for fundraising efforts.
• Maintain accurate donor records and track relationship activity and pipelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate donor messaging across audiences and channels.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual donor events to deepen engagement.
