We are seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive two strategic publisher initiatives, overseeing migrations and growth with a major platform partner while maintaining revenue and relationship continuity.

You will recruit brands, monitor adoption and results, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Customer Solutions to optimize the program on our platform.

Qualifications

Experience in performance marketing with affiliates/publishers.
Excellent communication with publishers and internal teams.
Experience with platform migrations or transitions.
SaaS or affiliate network experience, specifically impact.com.
Understanding of digital marketing trends.
Project management or program coordination experience.

Responsibilities

Manage two strategic publisher initiatives and onboarding.
Ensure smooth migrations with clear communication and process.
Own day-to-day relationship with a large partner platform.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive growth.
