impact.com is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the New Client Success team in New York. You will become a product expert, using our software to build stronger marketing campaigns and drive growth for top brands.

You will partner with brands to develop strategy, balance optimization with ecosystem expansion, and help clients launch confidently from day one. A strong background in affiliate marketing and stellar communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ experience in affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of providing stellar support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering world-class support to our top clients.
• Maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts.
• Dedicated duties include account monitoring, regular check-ins, and relationship building.
• Reactive duties include training, product support, and appropriate delegation when technical issues and feature requests arise.
