Job summary

impact.com, a leading commerce partnership marketing platform, is seeking a Partner Development Manager to own the commercial relationship for a product portfolio. You will manage onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth between merchants and the impact.com team, coordinating with integration engineers and sales.

The role blends commercial ownership with product coordination and requires strong ad-tech literacy and client management.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in customer success, account management, or partner success with verifiable commercial outcomes.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, ad technology, ecommerce media, or a commerce platform.
• Fluency in CPC/CPM models, contextual targeting, ad serving, inventory quality, and ad-tag mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Grow adoption and revenue of products across a portfolio of merchants and advertisers.
• Lead onboarding and activation, including setup, integration validation, and go-live.
• Create repeatable playbooks to move clients to automated processes.
• Monitor CPC delivery, fill rate, CTR, eCPM, revenue per click, and yield.
• Deliver performance reviews and insights to improve outcomes.
• Support clients in attribution conversations and align with brand campaigns.
