Job summary

impact.com is hiring a Publisher Business Development Manager in New York to own the commercial relationship across our publisher book. You will evangelize Spot's monetization tech, shape supply opportunities end-to-end, and coach publishers to implement Spot for maximum performance.

You'll work with a dedicated publisher team across implementation, technology, and commercial support, driving deals from warm interest to live deployment while collaborating with demand teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Publisher-side experience with publishers or SSPs is preferred.
• Proven results managing a book of business.
• Strong analytical and data-driven forecasting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for large publisher groups.

Responsibilities

• Own publisher adoption from warm leads to live supply.
• Shape opportunities with mockups, yield models, and forecasts.
• Explain ad tech concepts: tags, API integrations, and CPC vs RTB.
• Coach on viewability, ad load, and UX to maximize yield.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to push deals across the line.
• Assist expansion into other English-speaking markets as needed.
