The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of experience in business development and a strong understanding of the VC ecosystem. A base salary range of $200,000 - $300,000 OTE plus equity and benefits is offered.

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep fluency in the VC ecosystem.

• Partner with startup accelerators and venture capital firms.
• Build a repeatable GTM strategy targeting top startups.
