Job summary

Finix, headquartered in San Francisco, is hiring a Head of Startup & VC Partnerships to own, expand, and deepen our partnerships within the startup ecosystem, accelerators, and venture firms.

You will define a repeatable GTM strategy, coordinate high-impact events, nurture senior executive relationships, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, while advancing Finix as the preferred payments partner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to speak to diverse audiences.
• Deep fluency in the VC ecosystem and Silicon Valley players.

Responsibilities

• Own partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem leaders to embed Finix as the preferred payments solution for their cohorts.
• Define and implement a repeatable GTM strategy to target top startups.
• Create strategic account plans for key ecosystem relationships with measurable adoption.
• Plan and host events for founders and investors; manage follow-up.
• Hunt for new partnership opportunities at Silicon Valley events and conferences.
• Cultivate relationships with senior executives within partner organizations.
• Coordinate with marketing on events, content, and campaigns.
