Job summary

Solidec in Houston, TX is hiring a Business Development Lead to manage and grow corporate partnerships. You will work with the executive team to execute the business strategy and drive partnership opportunities from pilots to full deployments.

You will identify early customers, craft compelling decks and models, attend industry events, and help position Solidec as a leading on-site chemical manufacturing innovator with an equity-backed growth path.

Qualifications

• MBA or 3+ years of startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify early-stage customers aligned with Solidec’s value proposition.
• Secure strategic partnerships and customer commitments that accelerate product validation and market traction.
• Collaborate with leadership to move from pilot to commercial deployments.
• Coordinate and prepare external-facing materials such as pitch decks, financial models, market/competitive intelligence, and whitepapers.
• Represent Solidec at events to build visibility, secure partnerships, and position the company as an emerging leader in the chemical industry
