In this role you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Water industries, strengthen customer partnerships, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Corporate Accounts teams to shape growth strategies that create value for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years in industrial water treatment, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
• Experience in Gulf Coast market, especially Houston.
• Proven success developing customer relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies that support regional growth objectives.
• Identify, cultivate, and advance new business opportunities within assigned markets and customer segments.
• Expand Solenis' presence by building relationships with prospective customers and strengthening engagement with key stakeholders.
• Support the introduction and adoption of innovative products, technologies, and service offerings that address customer needs.
• Create annual business development plans that align with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
