Solenis is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Gulf Region with an emphasis on the Houston market. You will identify opportunities, build key partnerships, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Technology, and Corporate Accounts teams to shape growth strategies that create value.

The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, uncovering customer challenges, and delivering innovative solutions for sustainable growth across water industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in industrial water treatment, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries; Gulf Coast market familiarity.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies that align with Gulf Region objectives.
• Identify, cultivate, and advance new business opportunities within Houston and surrounding markets.
• Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
