Job summary

Braven is seeking a Director, Strategy in Chicago to set and monitor the organization’s strategic direction and lead high-impact projects across growth, operations, and scale. You will partner with senior leaders to translate vision into actionable programs.

You will design and own a portfolio of strategic initiatives, build KPI dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams and outside consultants. A data-driven storytelling approach will inform decisions and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Experience designing dashboards and visualizations (Tableau preferred).
• MBA and/or strategy consulting experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives with executive leaders and align with business and program models.
• Build and monitor KPIs; create and maintain health dashboards.
• Facilitate leadership meetings and cross-functional spaces; prepare agendas and content.
• Plan multi-year and annual strategies with data-driven decision support.
