Braven is seeking a Director of Employer Partnerships to lead external affairs, focusing on the business and finance sectors. This hybrid, full-time role sits across Atlanta, Chicago, Newark, or NYC, reporting to the Head of Employer Partnerships.

You will cultivate new corporate partnerships and manage a portfolio of 45+ existing and prospective partners, helping to drive Fellows outcomes and scale impact.

• Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience managing partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Deepening Existing Relationships: manage a portfolio of 45+ partners and drive $3.5–4M+ in revenue.
• Partnership Strategy & Cultivation: research potential partners, craft pitches, negotiate agreements, renewals.
• Strategy & Operations: coordinate cross-department efforts, manage partnership pipeline and events.
