Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Development professional to drive acquisitions and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategies, assess opportunities with product, engineering, and research teams, and manage end-to-end transactions from sourcing to integration.

You will lead complex negotiations, build financial models, and guide post-transaction integration while expanding Anthropic's ecosystem with cloud providers and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of corporate development experience.
• Direct experience in AI/ML companies or deep learning environments.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience leading complex M&A transactions or strategic partnerships.
• International expansion or cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the corporate development function and establish best practices across transactions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to assess value of opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes from sourcing to due diligence and integration.
• Create streamlined processes for rapid evaluation of technical talent acquisitions.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, VCs, and strategic AI partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities in AI.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals with legal and finance teams.
• Drive post-transaction integration to realize strategic objectives.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support decisions.
• Present strategic recommendations to leadership and the board.
• Support Anthropic's partnership ecosystem with cloud providers and customers.
