Job summary

AgVend is seeking a Partner Strategy Manager in Austin to own a portfolio of ag retail partnerships and drive long-term outcomes. You’ll lead executive relationships, shape the strategic roadmap, and convert platform capabilities into measurable business value through data-driven storytelling.

You’ll coordinate with a PEM and a PMM, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and proactively surface opportunities while managing risk. Travel up to 50% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years experience in sales, account management, customer success, or partnership management — agribusiness or ag tech preferred.
• Knowledge of Ag industry and supply chain dynamics.
• Experience owning revenue targets and leading pricing or contract conversations.
• Comfort with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention across your book of business.
• Lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Set strategic direction for your pod and orchestrate cross-functional resources.
• Coach partners through organizational change and drive adoption of AI tools.
