Job summary

Insight Global in Austin, TX is seeking a Sr Partnerships Manager to identify and evaluate potential partners across Value Add Resellers, System Integrators, and Procurement Partners. This net-new role will help shape the partner program and drive initial success.

You will spend about 75% of your time researching and vetting partners, with the remaining 25% on enabling and contracting—training partners, reviewing contracts and terms, and supporting pricing and deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Partnership Management experience.
• Experience with contract negotiation and evaluation.
• Knowledge of government procurement rules (RFPs, ROEs, etc.).
• Understanding of deal architecture (ARR, TCV, front loading, tail loading).
• Experience presenting to C-Level executives; construction/capital improvement exposure.
• Experience managing onboarding processes.
• Prior PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new companies for partnerships across Value Add Resellers, System Integrators, and Procurement Partners.
• Research and vet partners (about 75% of time) and enable through training and ramp-up.
• Provide contractual support: review contracts, RFPs, pricing, and terms.
• Assist in developing group objectives, KPIs, sales goals, and processes.
