Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is scaling three New Verticals—depository institutions, home improvement, and small business lending—through private-label programs and embedded integrations.

You will own partnerships from first conversation to launch, coordinating product, engineering, credit, legal, and implementation teams to drive funded volume across multiple products. The role focuses on building a scalable, repeatable partnership program and expanding the lender network, including banks

Qualifications

• 5+ years building platform, product, or channel partnerships.
• Experience with lending, fintech, SaaS, or financial institutions is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive long multi-party processes.

Responsibilities

• Map the market and source high-value strategic partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms and product setup.
• Build bank and credit union channel with integrations.
• Win partnerships in home improvement and small business lending ecosystems.
• Coordinate internal teams to launch and scale partnerships.
• Own partnerships and remove blockers for faster progress.
• Track deal pipeline in Salesforce.
