Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is expanding its strategic partnerships footprint in the United States. The role focuses on depository institutions, home improvement, and small business lending partnerships, taking them from initial conversations through launch and scaling.

You will negotiate terms, align internal teams, and build channel programs to drive loan origination on Figure’s platform. The position reports to the Director of Platform Partnerships and emphasizes hands-on deal

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, investment banking, venture capital / private equity, business development, consulting, or related field.
• Experience with lending, fintech, SaaS, or financial institutions is a plus.
• Track record building platform, product, or channel partnerships, ideally with banks or credit unions.

Responsibilities

• Map the market and source high-value strategic, product, and channel partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate the commercial terms and product setup for each partner.
• Build our bank and credit union channel and land partners and integrations.
• Win partnerships in home-improvement and small-business lending ecosystems to drive funded volume.
• Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, credit, legal, implementation) to launch and scale.
• Track deal pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
