Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Partnerships Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for private-label lending partners in mortgage, banking, and fintech.

You will manage relationships, track performance, and identify expansion opportunities across Figure platforms. You will translate data into actionable insights, guide partners through integrations, and collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• High technical aptitude with the ability to learn Figure applications.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Experience in mortgage, blockchain, and/or fintech environments is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking, and fintech.
• Track performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to support partner needs.
• Guide partners through integration, implementation, and ongoing adoption initiatives.
• Lead QBRs and partner discussions with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to partner leadership.
• Support escalations and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, expand use cases, and grow revenue.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene, operational consistency, and clear partner documentation.
• Represent partnerships at events and leverage industry touchpoints to strengthen relationships.
