Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to scale three new verticals through strategic partnerships with banks, credit unions, and non-bank lenders.

You will own the middle of the process from first conversation to launch, structuring terms, and assembling cross-functional teams to execute. The role focuses on depository institutions, home improvement, and small business lending channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, investment banking, venture capital / private equity, business development, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience with lending, fintech, SaaS, or financial institutions is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and the patience to run a long, multi‑party process to launch.
• Working understanding of consumer and small‑business lending.

Responsibilities

• Map the market and source high-value strategic, product, and channel partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate the commercial terms and product setup for each partner.
• Build our new bank and credit union channel, landing partners and integrations.
• Win partnerships in home improvement and small business lending ecosystems to drive funded volume.
• Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, credit, legal, implementation) to launch and scale.
• Own each partnership and clear paths that may stall.
• Build repeatable program structures and playbooks to accelerate new partnerships.
• Track deal pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
