Generalist is recruiting for a partnerships-focused role to lead external relationships and drive collaborative opportunities in AI/robotics. You will articulate our technology and vision to potential partners, become fluent in our models, and steer initiatives from first conversations through execution.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of professional experience in demanding, high-ownership environments.
• Proven ability to own and drive multiple cross-functional initiatives, from ambiguity to execution.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for a high volume of workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn new products or technologies.
• High energy, responsiveness, and interpersonal skills to represent technology with external partners.

• Partner relationships: be a high-energy contact for prospective partners, communicating Generalist’s tech and vision clearly.
• Technical fluency: become a super user of Generalist’s models to explain capabilities and use cases.
• Partnership qualification & development: evaluate opportunities, prioritize value, move relationships toward next steps.
• Project management: own initiatives end-to-end with clear workplans, owners, milestones, and timelines.
• Communication & organization: manage multiple parallel workstreams with clear partner-facing updates.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with ML/engineering, product, GTM, and leadership to surface decisions.
• Travel & ecosystem engagement: represent Generalist with partners and at industry events as needed.
