Job summary

Generalist AI in Boston seeks a proactive Partnership & Programs Manager to own external relationships and identify strategic opportunities in AI/robotics collaboration. You will communicate Generalist's vision, build strong partner networks, and drive high-impact initiatives with energy and integrity.

In this role you will coordinate with ML/engineering, product, GTM, and leadership to translate discussions into concrete plans, milestones, and outcomes, while representing the company at events

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in a demanding, high-ownership environment with track record of delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
• Proven ability to own and drive multiple cross-functional initiatives and execute end-to-end.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high-volume workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong judgment to assess opportunities and drive conversations toward next steps.

Responsibilities

• Partner relationships: act as a high-energy contact for prospective partners, conveying Generalist's technology and vision clearly.
• Technical fluency: become a super user of Generalist's models and technology to explain capabilities and use cases.
• Partnership qualification & development: evaluate opportunities, prioritize strongest ones, advance next steps.
• Project management: own partner initiatives end-to-end with clear workplans, milestones, and timelines.
• Communication & organization: manage multiple workstreams and produce clear partner-facing updates.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with ML/engineering, product, GTM, and leadership to surface decisions.
• Travel & ecosystem engagement: represent Generalist at events and conferences as needed.
