Job summary

Neighbor is building the largest hyperlocal storage and parking marketplace, seeking a senior Head of Partnerships. You will close complex deals, ship partner integrations with Product/Engineering/Data/Legal, and own channel revenue and spend.

This hands-on, high-ownership role starts quickly and scales as momentum grows. You'll lead the partnerships program across Enterprise, Performance, and Integrations, with the goal of turning it into a major renter source and driving ROAS in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, partnerships, or BD at marketplaces/fintech.
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals with VP/C-level.
• Owned revenue or growth metrics and related spend.
• Launched technical integrations across companies.
• Strong analytical skills including unit economics and attribution.
• Comfort with SQL or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the partnership strategy, map landscape, and build the pipeline.
• Source, negotiate, and close tier-1 and regional deals with terms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Legal to ship integrations.
• Own full-funnel channel economics and ROAS, and hit the number.
• Scale the program by growing affiliates and publishers, and filter sources.
• Own channel reporting and build dashboards for executives and the board.
• Hire and lead the partnerships team as the channel proves out.
